I have known the hotel for several years and have always been very happy with my choice of the Vilaggio Hotel. Very committed and friendly staff. Mr. Kamran Ahmad from reception is just one name for all the staff who try to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Whether you just need a copy, want to store your luggage or have an appetite for the hotel's traditional delicious dates at reception. I am always happy to be a guest at the Vilaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi. It was an amazinggg stay!! Everyone was so helpful and happy to help , very polite people, great stuff. The room was super comfortable , it was supplied with everything you need!! The area itself was safe and had everything you needed super close. The view is very good too. Local buses are available, very close to the hotel , you can also get a bus to Dubai from that area, it helped us a lot. Small note for the people that say it smells like cigarettes, IT DOES NOT , we stayed on the 7th floor and it was just great, nothing to worry about. In general we were really satisfied with this hotel and we will definitely come back anytime! Definitely recommend!!
